Our Pinnaroo parts department has an opportunity that you do not want to miss.

Ronco Motors is a family owned, multi-franchise agricultural machinery dealer with four locations across the Riverland, Mallee and Sunraysia regions. We are a proud and expanding company looking to build on our 60+ years of experience.

This position would be well suited to an individual with great customer service skills, looking to enter the agricultural industry. Full time, part time employment seekers or parts professionals are encouraged to apply and will be given every opportunity to up skill.

 The Role -

• Provide inbound sales & customer service via phone, email and counter.
• Parts interpreting – Identify make and model of vehicle or equipment, utilize electronic parts catalogues or databases to procure parts and accessories.
• Assist internal and external customers with their enquiries and provide best available information and product to suit their needs.
• Using database pick & pack outbound orders, unpack and distribute inbound orders via storeroom.
• Assist with regular stock-take or inventory counts as required.
• Participate in on-line and face to face training programs.
• Assist in maintaining parts department cleanliness and organization.
• Have a laugh and enjoy interactions with fellow staff and customers.

• Willing to work some overtime during busy periods.
• Possess intermediate computer, numeracy, and literacy skills.
