Parts Interpreter

Due to an internal promotion for a highly valued team member, a Parts Interpreter position has become available at our Mildura branch.
The position would be well suited to either a qualified parts interpreter or an individual with previous parts experience and great customer service looking to enter the agricultural industry. All automotive, road transport or heavy equipment interpreters are encouraged to apply and will have the opportunity to broaden their knowledge in this fast-growing industry.
This is an excellent opportunity not to be missed. The successful applicant will receive continued training and support alongside a friendly, energetic team, backed by an experienced Parts Manager with great product knowledge.
The Role -
-
Provide inbound sales & customer service via phone, email and counter.

Parts interpreting – Identify make and model of vehicle or equipment, utilise electronic parts catalogues or databases to procure parts and accessories.

Assist internal and external customers with their enquiries and provide the best available information and product to suit their needs.

Using a database, pick and pack outbound orders, unpack and distribute inbound orders via the storeroom.

Assist with regular stock-take or inventory counts as required.

Participate in online and face-to-face training programs.

Assist in maintaining parts department cleanliness and organisation.

Have a laugh and enjoy interactions with fellow staff and customers.

Possess intermediate computer, numeracy, and literacy skills.
