1. Trader name and address
Ronco Motors (ABN82 454 882 580) of 40 Railway Terrace South, Pinnaroo, South Australia, 5304.
2. Who may enter and method of entry
Entry is only open to respondents who:
Consumers; and consumers who provide a valid email address or phone number for contact purposes.
The promotion is open to, but the awarding of the prize is not open to:
- employees of Ronco Motors
- parties to whom the promoter has contracted work in relation to the promotion.
- parties who are otherwise directly involved with this promotion
- any immediate family member of the above-mentioned parties.
3. Duration of entry period
The entry period for the prize draw is open from 8am ACDT Wednesday 17th November to Thursday 23rd December 5:00pm ACDT, 2021.
4. Details of prizes and prize values
Customers that spend $50 including gst or more on New Holland toys will go into the draw. The first nationally drawn entry will receive a New Holland 12V Battery Operated Ride On Tractor & Wagon worth AU$875.
Customers that spent $50 including gst or more on Case IH toys will go into the draw. The first nationally drawn entry will receive a Case IH 12V Battery Operated Ride On Tractor & Wagon worth AU$875.
If the winner of the prize draw is under 18 years of age or is unable to provide proof of age as 18 years or older, the prize will be given in consultation with the winner’s parent or guardian.
5. Date, time, and place of draw
The prize draw will be conducted at 5:00pm ACDT on Thursday 23rd December 2021. Both draws will be conducted at Ronco Motors, 40 Railway Terrace South, Pinnaroo, South Australia, 5304. All New Holland entries and Case IH entries will be gathered separately and placed in separate hats. New Holland and Case IH winners will be identified through a pick out of a hat.
6. Publication of winner names
The winners will be contacted immediately via phone.
7. Unclaimed prize draw
Winners must claim their prize and confirm contact details by phone. Prizes will be available for collection from Ronco Motors Pinnaroo,40 Railway Terrace South, South Australia, 5304 or can be arranged to be transported to Ronco Motors Karoonda, Adelaide Road, South Australia, 5307 or Ronco Motors Loxton, 1917 Bookpurnong Road, South Australia, 5333 at a later date. In the event that a winner has not validly claimed their prize within three months of the date of notification, that prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be payable.
8. Cost
The customer is required to spend $50 including gst on New Holland or Case IH toys to enter the promotion.
9. Exclusion of Liability
(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronco Motors is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any participant or any other person including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omissions, deliberate or negligent, by Ronco Motors or its employees or its contractors or its agents in connection with supply of the prizes awarded to the prize winners.
(b) Ronco Motors decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion will be final.
(c) Ronco Motors is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(d) Ronco Motors is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with participants or their representatives in matters relating to the promotion.
(e) A prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
(f) A winner may be liable to declare a prize for tax purposes. Ronco Motors takes no responsibility for any tax payable on a prize. If any tax is payable on a prize, it is the sole responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.
(g) Ronco Motors accepts no responsibility if the prizes are lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
(h) Ronco Motors do not take responsibility for misdirected mail or mail received late and will not be liable for any loss resulting from transit of prizes.
10. Privacy
Ronco Motors collects personal information from all participants in order to complete this prize draw. If the requested information is not provided, the participant will not be eligible to participate in the prize draw or to claim a prize and their entry may be discarded.
11. Inconsistency
To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions will prevail.
12. Acknowledgement
By participating in the competition, each participant acknowledges that these terms and conditions are legally binding.
